AQUA Forno

Roberto, Ian and Paolo are three friends once shared a dream of opening an Italian restaurant in one of their favourite towns in Sri Lanka – the Galle Fort. The old town with its charming atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and the hospitality of the people reminded them of the small villages back in Italy, it was a home away from home. Read more about the start of their adventure here.

After the successful launch of AQUA Forte, our authentic Italian restaurant in Galle, Sri Lanka almost three years ago and recently AQUA Pizza, our authentic Neapolitan pizzeria, we’ve got more exciting news to share with you!

We just opened AQUA Forno in the Galle Fort!
