History of Bottega

In 1635, Bottega ‘forefather’ Andrea, cultivated vines in the hills near Molinetto della Croda in Refrontolo, considered to be one of Italy’s most beautiful places. Originally tenant farmers for the Counts of Collalto, Bottega eventually started to farm their own lands after gaining their freedom. This gave way to the birth of a family legacy and the creation of one of the most sought-after, exquisite wines in the world, Bottega.

Bottega Territory

Prosseco DOC and grappa originated in Bottega’s first premises in Bibano di Godega, between Venice lagoon and the Dolomites. The company also manages a winery in Valgatara (Verona) and a winery in Montalcino (Siena), where Valpolicella and Tuscany red wines are produced.

Sparkling Wines – Bottega Prosecco DOC Spumante Brut

Produced in the Veneto region, Bottega Prosecco DOC Spumante Brut is a Brut sparkling wine. The original typicality, quality and distinctive traits of Glera grapes, that are used to produce this wine have stayed the same through the years, making Prosecco the best-selling and famous Italian wine around the world.
